Gesund360 prepares patients for doctor visits in three minutes with medical AI

Short appointments leave little room to reconstruct a patient’s symptoms from memory. Gesund360 asks about the duration, intensity, progression, and context of a complaint, then prepares a structured summary for the doctor visit. The product says the flow takes about three minutes.

Patients also receive plain-language explanations and questions they can take into the appointment. Doctors remain responsible for diagnosis and treatment. Gesund360 provides orientation and preparation, and it directs people with acute symptoms to medical help.

Medical knowledge for a focused task

According to Gesund360, the medical AI was trained across more than 3,000 medical topics, 180,000 real exam questions, and 35,000 medications. The product uses that material for symptom capture, understandable explanations, and appointment preparation.

Medical doctors worked on the clinical review and the workflows for patients and physicians. BfArM took part as a formal development partner. That cooperation was a development relationship, not a certification or regulatory endorsement of Gesund360.

LLMBase’s role

We developed the AI implementation with the medical partners and translated the product requirements into a guided conversation. The flow has to ask useful follow-up questions, keep the summary readable, and leave medical decisions with the doctor.

Gesund360 makes this work available before an appointment. Patients can prepare the facts and questions they want to discuss, while the medical team starts with a more structured account of the concern.
