Do you use my data to train AI models?
No. We do not use your chats to train any AI models, either ours or third-party models.
Your data stays your data. Period.
Do you keep logs of my activity?
We operate with a minimal / no-logs philosophy.
We only retain what is strictly necessary to run the service, such as billing and account functionality.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete your chats at any time, and they are permanently removed from our systems.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We are hosted in Germany and operate under EU data protection standards.
Your data is encrypted and not used for AI training. Learn more on our Privacy Policy page.
Are proprietary provider models also hosted in the EU?
No. Proprietary provider models cannot be hosted on our own servers.
Requests to these models are sent directly to their providers, which are mostly hosted outside the EU.
Because demand is high, we still offer them in LLMBase Chat, but we recommend using our EU-hosted models whenever possible.
Which models are hosted in the EU?
Our own hosted open-source models can stay within EU infrastructure.
Proprietary provider models are routed directly to their providers, so they do not stay fully within our EU hosting environment.
How are you different from other AI platforms?
