Upload from your phone or tablet
Use the plus menu in Chat or the upload action in a Workspace. The native picker can select supported documents and images from Files or an available storage provider. The same format, size, and account limits are checked after selection.
Keep the app open while a direct chat attachment is being prepared and sent. Workspace processing is different: after the upload is accepted and the file shows Processing, it can continue or retry after you leave the screen.
Chat, Effort, and Computer
- Auto, Fast, and Expert persist with your account; Deep Search remains a one-message choice.
- Live answers stream while the app is active, and Stop cancels the current response.
- Computer runs as a bounded chat capability, not on your device, and cannot inspect local files you did not select.
- Features that require a newer native bridge are hidden or use a safe web fallback until the installed app supports them.
Save and share an Artifact
Choose Download on an Artifact to open the native share sheet. Pick a destination explicitly; LLMBase does not choose a contact or publish a file automatically. If you cancel, the private Artifact remains available in the app.
External links may open in a system browser. Return to LLMBase through the app switcher or the supported callback instead of entering account credentials into an untrusted page.
Connectivity and background limits
Chat, research, upload, and sync require a network connection. After a signed-in response is accepted, it can continue for up to ten minutes if you close the app or reopen the chat.
Stop or cancel always ends the response. If a connection expires, reopen the chat and check the transcript before retrying instead of sending the same message repeatedly.
Frequently asked questions
Can Computer access all files on my phone?
No. It can only use bounded extracted content from files authorized for the chat. It does not receive general device filesystem access.
Will Deep Search continue after I close the app?
Yes, after a signed-in request is accepted, it can continue for up to ten minutes. Reopen the same chat to follow its progress. Stop or cancel always ends it.
