Buying inference credits as a business

Purchase with your business details

LLMBase uses Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe collects and manages the billing details for each inference-credit purchase. Your LLMBase login email does not have to be the email address used for billing. Only credit-card payments are currently supported.

Before you confirm an inference-credit purchase:

1. In Stripe Checkout, enter the email address that should receive invoices — for example, your accounts-payable mailbox.
2. Choose I’m purchasing as a business.
3. Enter your legal business name, billing address, and VAT ID when Checkout asks for them. Check these details carefully before paying.

For later purchases, LLMBase reuses your Stripe billing customer so your invoice history and payment details remain together. To change the billing email, legal name, or billing address, select Change Billing Details in Dashboard → API Keys / Balance before starting the next checkout. This opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal; LLMBase does not copy billing details into your account profile.

Stripe calculates and handles applicable VAT, sales tax, and GST as the merchant of record. The business details and billing email are managed by Stripe, not by your LLMBase account profile.

Invoices and receipts

After a successful payment, Stripe sends the invoice or receipt to the billing email entered at Checkout. You can also download available invoices from Dashboard → API Keys / Balance → History.

If an invoice is missing or a legal entity detail needs correction, contact support with the relevant Stripe invoice or receipt number. Do not create a new purchase solely to replace an invoice.
